Mr. Childress served a City Planner for cities in Southern California, as Vice President of Planning for merchant homebuilders, as Division Head /Western United States for commercial developers and collaborated with the United Nations/Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) for the development of sustainability criteria compliant with the Kyoto Protocol and Millennium Development standards for business and products.
